Terms of Service

Booking & Scheduling

• All sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We accept only one session per day to ensure each client receives our full attention.
• A booking is confirmed once the session fee or retainer has been received and you have received a written confirmation from us.
• Session times are scheduled around golden hour and may vary depending on the time of year and weather conditions.

Payment

• Session fees and retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session at our discretion.
• Package balances are due on or before the session date unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
• We accept payment via the methods listed on our booking platform (HoneyBook).

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the session fee or retainer.
• In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.

Image Rights & Usage

• Paco & Betty retains copyright of all photographs. You receive a personal use license for the images delivered in your package.
• Personal use includes social media posting, printing for personal display, and sharing with family and friends. It does not include commercial use, resale, or stock photography licensing.
• We may use images from your session for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.

Referral Program

• Referral rewards are applied when a new client books and completes a session using your unique referral code.
• Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

Liability

Paco & Betty is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during a session at an outdoor location. Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for the safety of any minors they bring to the session. We carry professional liability insurance for our photography services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
