A few of my girlfriends came over tonight to create collages of our dreams and visions for 2010 and it was so much fun! I actually want to do more, it's like painting with glue and paper instead of paints and a paintbrush. I feel such a huge change coming on and I am so excited for next year. Although resolutions are really hard to keep, I have never been more serious about mine. Our vision theme this year is "taking it to the next level". "It" can be anything you want...it just has to go to the next level. Check out what we made...enjoy and hopefully be inspired to do your own and send me pics of them.

 

We love you and miss you so much! Wish we came to visit you so we could have gone to Carlsbad Caverns, Roswell and the Balloon Fiesta...Oh wait, we did!

We took these shots a couple months ago and Sadie has been to the beach many times since then but her first time was hilarious! She was both frightened and excited by the water and this really funny multi-poo who was all up in her stuff! I think this first photo illustrates the fear quite well actually :)

This Labor Day weekend we took Sadie to the Legion of Honor but they don't allow dogs in the museum so we just walked around the trails outside ;) Of course we did not expect to go in the museum for those of you who thought that! Anyway, the day was so cool with tons of fog, it almost looked magical.

I had to My favorite shot of the day A little trick Marcellos taught Sadie is when he crouches down she jumps into his arms. Sometimes she jumps too soon which is really funny. My boo :) A cute little characteristic of our pup is that she likes us all to be together, so if I'm lagging behind she will turn around and stop and wait for me to catch up. There was a wedding ceremony outside the Legion and as we were walking back I snapped a shot because the fog resting over them with the statue in the background was irresistible.

Marcellos's mom Evie came to visit us this May...we love her like a fat kid loves cake! =)

Our friend and fellow amazing photographer Sabine came over with her fiance Tucker to do a little photo shoot extravaganza! She ended up snapping a few pics of us after we shot them for 2 hours. We'll be posting the photos we took of them soon. In the meantime enjoy!

Our little lady is growing so fast and we have been trying to capture every important moment in her little puppy life. She has us completely whipped ... and she knows it ;)

So, when you get a puppy you have to wait until the pup gets all their shots before you can introduce them to the great outdoors. After much ado, here is little Sadie and her very first walk around the neighborhood. She was so cute. We pretty much had to drag her around for the first 2 minutes and then when we got to the park we let her off her leash and she ran, no hopped like a bunny in the grass.
